Sometimes channels require multiple reviews, especially when several reviewers disagree on your channel’s suitability for YPP. Once you accept YPP terms and link an active AdSense for YouTube account, your channel will automatically be put in a review queue. How you can become eligible

• A channel needs to complete all the YPP signup steps (which currently include signing the contract and associating an AdSense for YouTube account) before they will be reviewed.
• The expanded YouTube Partner Program is available to eligible creators in these countries/regions.

Verify your YouTube account

Once you understand what you need to join, your channel can become eligible for YPP with either Shorts or long-form video. Learn more about the features, eligibility criteria, and application details in this article. It also allows revenue sharing from ads being served on your content. We also make sure the phone number is linked to no more than 2 channels per year. To verify your channel, you’ll be asked to enter a phone number.

Our team will review your channel as a whole to check whether your channel meets our YouTube channel monetization policies. If your first application wasn’t successful, don’t worry – you can appeal the decision within 21 days or keep uploading original content and you’ll be able to re-apply after a 30-day period. If it meets our policies and guidelines, we’ll accept your channel into YPP. These thresholds help us make a more informed decision about whether your channel meets our policies and guidelines. If you do not currently meet the higher eligibility criteria of YPP you may still see ads being served on your content. Channels will lose monetization when they violate any of the YouTube channel monetization policies.
